Some days we have it all together and follow our meal plan for the week. Other days, we find ourselves in a pinch. There are many times that I need a quick and easy dinner recipe that everyone in my family will be excited to eat.  In order to stay on track with our healthy eating and budget,  I always keep simple ingredients around for dinners when we are in a pinch.
